Job Details

Job Description: The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production, order, and inventory data in the company’s systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with the apparel manufacturing process. Enter and update production, order, fabric, and shipment data into ERP or Excel systems. Maintain daily reports for cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch. Coordinate with merchandising, production, and stores departments for data collection. Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Prepare MIS reports and support management in data analysis. Handle buyer style details, order quantity updates, and delivery schedules. Maintain proper record filing (both digital and physical) for easy reference. Assist in other administrative and documentation tasks as required.
