Job Description: Contact potential customers and explain product features and offers. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets. Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups. Build customer relationships and close sales deals. Report daily performance to the team leader/manager Make outbound / receive inbound calls to customers. Provide information about products/services. Maintain follow-up calls and record customer feedback. Update CRM or reports daily. Resolve queries professionally and escalate if required. Enter, update & maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Verify accuracy and correct errors in records before final submission. Handle confidential information securely. Prepare reports and retrieve required data when requested. Coordinate with internal departments when needed.
