Job Details

Job Description: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for factory and staff positions. Handle attendance, payroll, and leave management through HRMS or manual systems. Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.). Maintain personnel records, statutory registers, and HR documentation. Coordinate employee engagement, training, and welfare activities. Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Address grievances and disciplinary issues in line with company policies. Assist in buyer and compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.). Liaise with production, merchandising, and admin teams for smooth HR operations
