Job Description: The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for monitoring product quality at various stages of production to ensure adherence to buyer specifications and company standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of garment construction, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality consistency. Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (knits, woven, or both). Understanding of quality parameters, AQL systems, and defect classification. Attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues early. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in MS Excel / Quality reporting tools.
