Job Description: 1 Line Inspection • During swing process conduct inspection to ensure garment are met quality standards. 2 Components Checks. • Check and verify that all accessories such as buttons zippers, thread labels are correct and matching with trim card. 3 Measurement Verification • Check and verify the measurements of the garment are being sewn are correct and fit according to buyers measurement chart. 4. Feedback • Communicate any quality issues immediately to operators and line supervisors and ensure that problems are corrected on the spot. 5 Process control • Ensure that all process of sewing operations are complied with the approved buyer’s specifications. 6 Record Keeping • Record all the activities on daily basis in detail including the defect found and operator who is responsible and the type of defect. 7 Other Tasks • Perform other duties assigned by MD/CEO or other Senior Management.
