Job Description: A Showroom Sales Executive drives revenue by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert product demonstrations to close sales. They maintain showroom visual standards, manage inventory, and build long-term customer relationships to meet or exceed, often, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, usually working in retail, automotive, or luxury goods environments. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers immediately, offer assistance, and understand their needs to make tailored product recommendations. Sales Conversion: Actively close sales, negotiate terms, and maximize upselling opportunities. Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and after-sales services. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards. Transaction Processing: Process sales accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems. Lead Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers, manage customer databases, and handle inquiries via phone or email. Inventory & Reporting: Assist with inventory management and generate daily/weekly sales reports.
