Job Description: A Visual Merchandiser designs and implements creative in-store displays, window arrangements, and product layouts to drive sales, enhance brand image, and improve the customer shopping experience. They analyze sales data, manage inventory, follow planograms, and stay updated on trends to ensure maximum visual impact. Core Responsibilities Display Design & Installation: Create and maintain attractive window displays, interior layouts, and promotional, seasonal, or sale displays. Brand Representation: Implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all product displays and store locations. Sales & Inventory Optimization: Maximize product visibility and sales through strategic placement, lighting, and signage. Analytical Reporting: Study sales data and competitor activity to adjust layouts for better performance. Collaboration: Work with marketing, buying, and store management teams to align displays with campaigns. Key Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role. Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design software, lighting techniques, and, in some cases, digital display technology. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, move, and arrange heavy fixtures and merchandise.
